A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
In the event of rescheduling, efforts will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be considered canceled.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
Final images are delivered digitally.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
Delivery timelines will be communicated prior to or after the event.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
Editing style and final selection remain at the photographer\u2019s discretion.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the photographer\u2019s artistic style.<\/p>\r\n
Images are created with a documentary and cinematic approach. Specific poses, compositions, or moments are not guaranteed, as coverage is based on real events as they unfold.<\/p>\r\n
The photographer retains full copyright of all images.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
Clients are granted a personal-use license.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
While every effort is made to provide high-quality service, we are not liable for:<\/p>\r\n
Unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue restrictions, delays)<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
Technical failures beyond reasonable control<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
Missed moments due to schedule or event conditions<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
For events outside the photographer\u2019s base location:<\/p>\r\n
