These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided.

By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide wedding and event photography services, including destination coverage where applicable.

All services are delivered in accordance with the artistic vision and professional standards of the photographer.

2. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed.

• Dates are not reserved until the retainer has been received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• The retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• In the event of rescheduling, efforts will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

• If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be considered canceled.

4. Delivery

• Final images are delivered digitally.

• Delivery timelines will be communicated prior to or after the event.

• Editing style and final selection remain at the photographer’s discretion.

5. Artistic Style

By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to the photographer’s artistic style.

Images are created with a documentary and cinematic approach. Specific poses, compositions, or moments are not guaranteed, as coverage is based on real events as they unfold.

6. Usage Rights

• The photographer retains full copyright of all images.

• Clients are granted a personal-use license.

• Images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide high-quality service, we are not liable for:

• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue restrictions, delays)

• Technical failures beyond reasonable control

• Missed moments due to schedule or event conditions

8. Travel & Destination Events

For events outside the photographer’s base location:

• Travel and accommodation costs may apply

• These will be agreed upon in advance

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
